| 摘 要： | 通过建立土地利用变化幅度模型、土地利用双向变化动态模型等数学模型对梧州市的土地利用数量变化、结构变化和区域差异性进行了分析。指出了梧州市土地利用变化中存在耕地一直在减少、耕地后备资源不足、水土流失严重等问题，并提出保护土地资源、提高土地生产力、建立生态农业等解决途径。

| Abstract: | The land-use change, structural change and regional differences were analyzed by setting mathematical Model, such as the rate of land-use change model, the land-use changes in two-way dynamic model, The problems, cultivated land reducing, arable land reserve resources shortage, soil erosion severity and so on, are found out. And the corresponding solutions, which include the protection of land resources, the improvement of land productivity, the establishment of ecological agriculture, are proposed. |
