| 摘 要： | 动机是学习的基本心理因素之一,是英语学习成败的关键。在大学英语教学中,影响学生英语学习动机的因素除了教师因素外还有学生等多因素。有针对性地采用适当的教学策略和措施,利用一定的诱因,激发和保持学生的英语学习动机。
