| 摘 要： | 特许经营是现代餐饮业发展的重要趋势,其区位选择对经营状况起着非常重要的作用。首先,对特许经营的概念及开展特许经营现状进行了分析,在此基础上,从城市、区域、区位三个层次入手分析内、外资餐饮企业区位选择的现状,揭示其区位选址规律并进行比较,指出了内资企业存在的差距,并对特许经营模式内、外资餐饮企业的区位选择提出了建议。
