| 摘 要： | 阐述了独立学院工商管理专业人才培养模式的现状,从培养对象和社会需求两方面入手分析了独立学院工商管理专业人才培养模式创新的必要性,在此基础上,提出了独立学院工商管理专业人才培养模式的创新途径,对独立学院培养应用型人才具有一定的借鉴意义。
