知识产权保护、自主研发与外商直接投资——基于中国1980—2004年的经验证据

知识产权保护是激励一个国家自主研发的重要制度安排,也是影响跨国公司对外直接投资利益的重要因素.对中国1980—2004年时间序列数据协整检验进行分析,显示我国的知识产权保护水平、自主研发和FDI增长之间存在长期均衡关系,格兰杰检验结果表明,我国知识产权保护虽然不是FDI增长的直接原因,但是,加强知识产权保护能激励自主研发,而研发能力的提升吸引更多FDI的流入.

Intellectual Property Protection，Independent Development and Foreign Direct Investment——Based on Principle of Evidential Experience between 1980 and 2004 in China

The intelligent property protection is an important system arrangement that encourages a national independent development,is also important factor that affects the multinational company direct investment in foreign country.Through analysis the sequence datas between 1980-2004 in China,an existence of the intelligent property protection level,the independence development and the FDI growth of the manifestation our country is long-term balanced relation,the Gelanjie examination result indicates that our country's intelligent property protection although is not the direct reason of the FDI growth,,strengthen the intelligent property protection and encourage the independence development,but promotion of development ability can attract the afflux of more FDI.
