本科生导师式教育模式的研究

摘    要:实施本科生导师式教育模式是本科教育改革的一种探索。经过本课题组近三年的实践研究,获得了本科生导师式教育模式所带来的积极效果,具体如下:本科生导师式教育模式有利于学生个性的发展、潜能的发展、学业的进步,有利于新生适应大学生活,有利于培养学生的实践能力和创新能力,有利于提高学生的就业能力和创业能力,有利于对学生进行思想和心理的指导;根据学生家庭情况和不同阶段的特点以及适当聘请校外导师和学生导师,可充分发挥本科生导师式教育模式的作用。

Abstract:Undergraduates in the implementation of the education model is the education reform, a search through the task team nearly three years of practice, undergraduates studying in the mode of education by positive results and concrete following : undergradu- ates in the education model for the development potential of students" individual characters, the development and progress of study, it will help the freshmen to orient themselves to college life, to cultivate the ability of practice and innovation ability, to improve the employment and entrepreneurial capacity to contribute to the ideological and psychological guidance. According to the family and different stage of the characteristics, and appropriate for school teachers and students can give full play to the undergraduates in the role of the education model.
