关于人力资源管理课程案例教学的探讨

摘    要:人力资源管理专业不仅培养管理的理念,更要培养较强的实践能力。如何培养和增强人力资源管理专业学生的实践能力,如何将人力资源管理基本理论与人力资源管理实践有机结合,培养出适应市场需求的新型人力资源管理人才,一直是高校人力资源管理教学者积极探讨的问题。针对这样的课程特点,我们必须改变传统的、封闭的、注重理论灌输式的教学方法,案例教学法成为培育具有创新精神和实践能力管理人才的重要手段。
