通识教育与人的全面发展——重读《科学发展观学习读本》

摘    要:以人为本是科学发展观的核心。高等教育也要以人为本。从教育产品的角度来看,由于知识的分散性与有限理性、精英教育的时代局限性以及当代大学生的“价值困境”问题的存在,专业教育难以克服内在的困境,因此,必须大力发展通识教育。通识教育既有利于专业教育的质量提升,同时也是组织学习的新模式,有利于社会整体人文科学素质的提高,从而实现人的全面发展。也有利于培养社会共识,形成社会可持续发展的合力。
