论我国高技术产业的发展

自20世纪90年代起,我国积极发展高技术产业,其规模不断扩大,已经成为经济增长的火车头.在提高科技持续创新能力、实现技术跨越式发展的原则下,推动各项高技术产业的发展.在高技术产业快速发展过程中,有市场增长速度高、固定资本形成快、高科技产品需求快速增长、研发人员总量大、劳动力成本低、产业聚集效应逐渐成形等诸多优势.但仍然存在若干发展问题与跨国公司主导我国高技术产业发展、高技术研发被跨国公司所控制等产业安全隐忧,产业安全问题应特别引起关注.

The Analysis of the Development of China's Hi-tech Industry

Since 1990s, the Hi-tech industry in China has been expanded positively. Its scale has been more and more grand and it has been the locomotives of economy growth. Under the principle of improving the capacity of constantly bringing new ideas and realizing the beyond development of technology, we should promote the development of every item of Hi-tech industry. In the course of thedevelopment, there are some advantages. Such as the speed of market increasing is high, the forming of fixed capital is quick and so on. But there are still some problems. Such as the worry that the development of Hi-tech industry in our country is controlled by transnational corporations. We should pay more attention to the problems of industry security.
