国企改革的成就及四个误区

在党中央的十五届四中全会《关于国有经济战略调整的决定》指导下，国企改革取得的成就是：减少了国企数量，提高了质量；国有经济和民有经济两个轮子共同驱动，促使我国经济长期持续的快速发展；十六届三中全会把股份指定性为公有制的主要实现形式。目前，在国企改革方面至少还存在四大误区：一是继续维护已经过时的宪法第六条。二是国有经济是社会主义制度的经济基础。三是国有企业是宏观调控的物资基础。四是企业经营好坏与所有制没有必然联系。

Four is enterprise management quality has no relation with the possesion system.
