| 摘 要： | 分批分期装运条款是一种常见而又重要的装运条款，在实际操作中容易引起争议和纠纷。结合新近生效的《UCP600》、《ISBP681》等国际惯例，通过分析信用证修改后的分批分期装运的典型案例，对信用证修改后的分批分期装运实务中常见问题以及相应的解决办法进行阐述与探讨。

| Abstract: | Partial shipment clauses can be regarded as a common and important shipping terms . However, it is easy to arouse dispute and dissension in practical operation. Combining with some international usual practices such as currently efficient 《UCP600》. 《ISBP681》, it expounds and discusses some common problems on partial shipment practice after , and sets forth some corresponding countermeasures through analyzing some typical cases of partial shipment after amending a letter of credit. |
