There are many factors that restrict the development of Higher Vocational Colleges the P.E.Teaching Club.The teachers can＇t be ignored as an important factor.Teachers as a teaching process organizer,its age,qualifications,professional titles,project,continuing education and various objective factors and the working enthusiasm of the subjective factors will affect the development of the P.E.Teaching Club.Through the literature method,questionnaire method,data analysis,put forward some constructive development strategies for reference.
