| Abstract: | Scientific research is a core competitiveness of comprehensive medical university＇s affiliated hospital, the quality of research management staff directly related to the development of the hospital.In order to better engage in work, research manager not only need to have a strong professional quality, but also should firmly establish a sense of service whole-heartedly for the researchers, a high sense of responsibility, innovation and honesty and self-awareness. |
