基于需求导向的应用型人才培养设计方案

在大众化教育阶段,高等院校的主要功能是传授知识理论和培养工作能力,为社会的经济科技的发展培养社会各行各业所需要的专业性人才。多年来,根据一批从事高等教育研究的学者和专家的探索与研究,在应用型人才培养目标上已经达成共识:坚持"产学研改革必须以服务为前提、以就业为导向的发展"的人才培养模式,也就是说"培养什么样的人才"和"怎样培养的问题"都是培养模式所决定的。
