| 摘 要： | 近年来,农村房屋买卖及纠纷频繁出现。为保护作为农民基本生活资料的房屋和土地,国家出台了一系列的法律、法规,防止农村基础物质资料的流失。但现实生活中,农民的房宅交易不断冲破法律的防线,使农民的权益受到损害。法理及现行法的规定对一起农民房宅纠纷予以分析后,可厘清农宅买卖中的相关法律问题,以期农民利益得到保障。
