摘    要:借鉴人力资源配置相关理论和模型,从理论框架构建、影响因素分析、总量优化、结构优化和人岗匹配等多个环节系统地分析军事科技人力资源优化配置的实现过程,为军事科技人力资源优化配置提供决策参考。

Abstract:Based on human resource allocation theory and model,the implementation process of optimizing the allocation of military science and technology human resources is analyzed from building the theoretical framework,influencing factors,number of optimization,structural optimization and people post match analysis,and decision-making references for military science and technology human resource optimization configuration are provided.
