| 摘 要： | 根据对2007年辽宁统计年鉴中“城镇居民家庭平均每人消费支出”研究，把经济学家Luch提出的扩展线性支出系统延伸到；肖费偏好的研究上，提出“超额消费比例理论”，并进行阐述和论证．以及对影响“超额消费比例”的因素进行分析，为符合当代国情的消费偏好研究提供了新的方向．基于研究成果，为制定刺激消费的经济政策提出建议，在现阶段全球经济衰退，外需减少，内需低迷的大环境下，对提振国内消费市场有重要的现实意义。
