| 摘 要： | 服务经济是21世纪主导的经济模式。在服务经济社会,制造业的发展为服务业的发展提供了坚实的平台和广阔的空间。服务型制造是制造业和服务业融合发展的新模式,提出了服务型制造的商业模式、生产组织方式和运作模式。先进制造系统和现代管理系统是服务型制造实施的基础,需求管理、能力管理、企业网络和风险管理是实施服务型制造的主要内容。
