| 摘 要： | 互联网时代的到来，为企业商业模式创新提供了机会。运用扎根理论研究方法，选取海尔为研究对象，按照价值主张、价值来源、价值生产、价值交换的商业模式创新脉络，构建起以多元化商业创新平台为核心的因果层-战略层-行动层-支撑层交互时空层次结构，强调企业向上管理不确定环境、平台聚合多元价值、隐性资源厚积薄发是互联网时代商业模式创新的关键。

| Abstract: | The arrival of Internet economic provide an opportunity for enterprise business model innovation.This paper uses the grounded theory research methods and selects Haier as the research object.According to the value proposition, the value source, the value production, the value exchange of business model innovation context and the cause and effect layer, strategic layer, action layer and support layer of the longitudinal structure, taking diversified business innovation platform as the core.It provides the reference to other companies in upward management of the uncertain environment, multiple value of platform polymerization, accumulation of the hidden resources. |
