企业创新资本与企业家创新资本联通性研究

在归纳厘清企业创新资本和企业家创新资本内涵的基础上，根据社会学研究中关于二元对立状态化解方法的理论，指出属于整体范式的企业创新资本和属于个体范式的企业家创新资本之间既非直接的相互替代关系也非单向促进影响关系，而是多维联通“二元同体”关系，进而构造出能够刻画两者关系逻辑的概念模型，以对两者间内在联通路径及相关作用机理进行探索性分析。

A Research on the Connectivity of Innovation Capital：between Enterprise and Entrepreneur

Based on the essential connotation of enterprise's innovation capital and entrepreneur's innovation capital, according to the theoretical thought of dissolving method of two element opposites from sociological study, it was pointed out that the relationship between enterprise's innovation capital belonged to a holistic paradigm and entrepreneur's innovation capital belonged to an individual paradigm is neither direct mutual substitution nor unidirectional promotion effect, but a kind of multidimensional connectivity called "dual consubstantiality".Furthermore, a conceptual model which could describe the relationship above was built up, in order to make an exploratory analysis on the inner connectivity channels and related mechanism between these two types of capital.
