| 摘 要： | 高科技园区是我国创新人才培养基地的重要组成部分，高科技园区人才培养直接关系园区的竞争力提升及可持续发展。高科技园区人才培养的关键要素包括战略定位、人力资源管理、知识管理和组织学习4个方面，在此基础上探索以科技项目为平台的创新人才培养模式，为高科技园区人才培养问题提供新思路和系统性对策。

Research on Innovative Talents Training in High Tech Park |

| Abstract: | High tech park is an important part of China's innovative talent training base, whose personnel training model is directly related to the park to enhance competitiveness and sustainable development. The key to the training of talents in high tech park includes four aspects: strategic positioning, human resource management, knowledge management and organizational learning. On this basis, high tech park innovative talent training model explores the innovative talents training mode based on science and technology projects, and provides new ideas for high tech park personnel training and systemic measures. |
