新常态下如何实现创新驱动制造业转型升级，受到学者普遍关注。“大众创业、万众创新”背景下制造业转型升级应以“互联网+制造业”为支撑平台,通过发展“众创、众包、众扶、众筹”等创新模式,实现制造业新旧动能转化,从全球价值链中低端向高端攀升，促进分享经济成长,构建完整的制造业创新生态圈。围绕创新驱动制造业升级转型,通过研究新常态下“双创四众”驱动制造业转型升级机理及路径模式,提出政策建议。

Research on the Mass Innovation Drive Mechanism and Innovation Mode of Manufacturing Industry Transformation and Upgrading

How to achieve the transformation and upgrading of innovation driven manufacturing industry under the new nor‐mal has been widespread concern ,Mass entrepreneurship and innovation driven transformation and upgrading of manufac‐turing supported by "Internet + manufacturing platform ,through the development"Crow d Innovation ,Crow d Sourcing , Crowd Supporting ,Crowd Funding"and other innovative models ,Implement manufacturing newkinetic energy conversion , from the global value chain low‐end to high‐end promoting Sharing Economy to build a complete manufacturing innovation ecosystem .In this paper ,based‐on innovation drive transform and upgrade manufacturing perspective ,study"the mass in‐novation" drive manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading mechanism and path model under the new normal , and the proposal of intelligent manufacturing policy optimization is put forward .
