区域创新极创新态势测度方法研究

将区域中满足特定条件的创新型产业定义为创新极，从演化角度将区域创新系统定义为多创新极共生演化系统,从而提出创新极创新态势即创新极的技术创新能力发展态势是推动区域创新的引擎和转变经济发展方式的驱动力。结合创新极的特征，引入集对分析方法思想，构建区域创新极创新态势测度方法和指标体系，并以北京为实例进行了方法验证，实证发现：在北京15个创新极中共存在4种创新态势情况，其中计算机、通信和其它电子设备制造业发展最优。实证结果有效检验了测度方法的正确性。

Study on the Measure Method of Regional Innovation Poles Innovation Trend Based on Set Pai r Analysis

The creative regional industry which meets the specific conditions is defined as innovation pole ,and from an evo‐lutionary perspective the regional innovation system is given multi‐innovation poles Symbiosis Evolution system .And then weput forw ard the innovation pole innovation trend w hich means innovation of technological innovation capability develop‐ment trend as driving force to promote the regional innovation and the transformation of economic development .Combined with the innovation pole feature and the analysis method ,we build regional innovation pole posture measuring method and index system further and take Beijing as an example .The empirical research found that 15 innovation poles in Beijing exist in four innovation situations ,computer ,communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry of w hich are optimal .The empirical research tests the validity of the measurement method .
