价值链视角下企业商业模式创新的案例决策分析方法

商业模式对于企业发展及竞争力提升具有重要作用。针对企业商业模式创新问题，以价值链理论为基础，提出了一种基于价值链视角的企业商业模式创新案例决策分析方法。首先，综合采用相关文献分析法及问卷调查法确定企业商业模式构成要素；其次，将企业当前的商业模式创新问题视为目标案例，将收集到的相似企业的商业模式案例作为历史案例；然后，在计算目标案例与历史案例相似度的基础上，提取并修正相似历史案例涉及的商业模式构成要素选项，创新性地形成针对目标案例的备选商业模式；接着，通过判断各备选商业模式要素选项间的相容性提取可用商业模式，并依据商业模式评价指标体系优选出针对当前企业的商业模式；最后，通过实例分析说明了该方法的可行性与有效性。

Case-Based Decision Analysis Method for Innovating Enterprise Business Model Based on the Value Chain Perspective

Business model has played an important role in development and promotion of competitiveness of an enterprise . In recent years ,it is needed to focus on the important research that how to use a scientific decision analysis method to inno‐vate business models for enterprises .To resolve this problem ,this paper ,taking the value chain theory as a theoretical foundation ,proposes a case‐based decision analysis method for innovating business model based on the value chain perspec‐tive .First of all ,the component elements of a business model are determined through a combination of the literature anal‐ysis and the questionnaire survey .Secondly ,the problem of innovating business model for the current enterprise is regar‐ded as the target case ,and the collected business model cases of similar enterprises are regarded as the historical cases . Thirdly ,On the basis of calculating the similarities between the target case and the historical cases ,the candidate business models for the target case are innovatively formed by retrieving and revising the component element options of business models of the similar historical cases .Further ,the available business models are retrieved from the candidate business models through a judgment of the compatibilities among component element options ,and then the desirable business model for the current enterprise is selected through an evaluation of the available business models according to the constructed e‐valuation index system .Finally ,a case study is given to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the method proposed in this paper .
