摘    要:当前,BIM引发了建设行业一次史无前例的创新变革。BIM技术应用既是一种技术创新行为,更是创新引擎,系统研究BIM对建设工程创新的影响机理具有重要意义。基于路径创造理论和交易区理论构建研究模型并提出相应假设,运用案例研究方法对BIM技术应用对建设工程创新的影响机理进行探究。结果显示,BIM主要通过为创新网络参与组织提供创新路径影响作用和创建交易区而对建设工程创新产生显著影响。

Abstract:Nowadays ,BIM is incurring a radical innovative revolution for construction industry .The application of BIM is not only an innovative behavior ,but also an engine of innovation ,thus ,it is necessary to systemically do research on the influence mechanism of BIM in innovation under the construction project context .Based on actor network theory ,path creation theory and trading zone theory ,the theoretical model and relative hypotheses of this research w as constructed . Accordingly ,the case study method w as applied to explore the influence mechanism of BIM in construction innovation . The research results showed that the implementation of BIM can positively accelerate construction innovation by providing method of creating new innovation path as well as building trading zones filled with rich knowledge needed by various inno‐vations for innovation network participants .
