“中三角”区域省份创新要素集聚与经济增长的关系研究

科技创新力逐渐成为区域内经济增长的驱动力。区域内经济增长速度与促进要素在不同空间关系密切,不同地区的创新要素集聚各有特点,创新资源集聚促进区域科技创新力发展和高新技术产业普及,从而带动了当地经济长远发展。以"中三角"为例,从创新要素集聚角度分析湖北、湖南、江西三省省域和地市创新资源配置现状,利用Cobb-Douglas生产函数及联立方程模型探究创新资源配置与经济增长的关系。在此基础上,提出了科技创新与区域发展的对策建议。

Study on the Relationship Between Innovation Elements and Economic Growth of "Triangle"Areas of Central China

Scientific and technological innovation has become one of the region's most important economic grow ths driving force .Innovative elements of the various regions have their ow n characteristic ,spatial economics also pointed out that eco‐nomic grow th and promote elements had a close relationship in different spatial regions .Numerous studies show that inno‐vation and economic grow th positively correlated .Innovative resource gathering scientific and technological innovation pro‐motes regional development and popularization of high‐tech industries ,w hich led to long‐term development of the local e‐conomy .In this paper ,"triangle"are considered as the starting point ,w hich involves most cities belonging to Hubei、Hu‐nan and Jiangxi province .From the perspective of cluster and allocation of innovative resource elements ,we generalized al‐location status of innovative resource in Hubei ,Hunan and Jiangxi provinces ,and use Cobb‐Douglas production function and simultaneous equation models to comprehensively analyze its interaction with economic growth .On the basis of this , it puts forw ard the countermeasures and suggestions of scientific and technological innovation and regional development .
