| 摘 要： | 采用产业关联相关指标测算科技服务业创新驱动效应，并以辽宁省2002年、2007年、2012年42部门投入产出表为例进行实证研究，剖析了科技服务部门与其它部门之间的产业关联关系，揭示了辽宁创新驱动发展制约因素。结果表明，研发投入不足、市场机制不完善和规模有限制约了辽宁科技服务业创新动力效应、创新扩散效应和创新传导效应。最后，提出了提升辽宁科技服务业创新驱动效应的政策与建议。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to evaluate regional innovation‐driven development based on the interaction between science and technology service sector and other sectors from the input‐output tables .The data of 42 sectors from the input‐output ta‐bles of 2002 ,2007 and 2012 in Liaoning province are used to estimate the innovation‐driven effects of S&T service indus‐try .Results show that insufficient R&D input ,imperfect market mechanism and limited scale of S&T service sector con‐straint its innovation‐pow ering ,innovation‐diffusing and innovation‐transferring effects .Finally ,some policy suggestions are put forw ard correspondingly to promote the innovation‐driven effects of S&T service industry in Liaoning province . |
