成长战略导向的大型建筑企业项目群管理优势分析

面对日益激烈的国内外建筑市场竞争，大型建筑企业需要以项目群管理的方式实现企业整体效益优化。从建筑企业角度定义了项目群管理，并指出其与单项目管理的不同点。通过数形结合的方法，对比分析了项目群管理 “量”的优势，并应用系统动力学方法建立流图进行了仿真计算。结果表明，与单项目管理相比，项目群管理在“质”的优势方面产生的剩余优势显著。两个维度对比分析表明，项目群管理方式比单项目管理优势更大。

The Advantage Analysis of Programme Management to Large-Scale Construction Company of the Growth Strategy Oriented

Facing the increasingly fierce competition of construction market at home and abroad ,large‐scale construction company need new ways of programme management to optimize overall efficiency .However ,there is no literature analysis of the advantages of programme management .The paper defined programma management from the perspective of large -scale construction company and pointed out the differences with single project management .By the way of combining im‐age with graphic ,the paper compared and analyzed the "quantity" advantages of programme management ,built flow charts and simulation calculation by the method of system dynamics ,and the results showed that compared to project man‐agement ,programme management generates the remaining advantages more significant in the "quality" aspect .The two dimensions of comparison analysis showed that programme management mode has more advantages than project manage‐ment ,and gives out the aspect of advantages .
