创业乐观中介下社会网络对新创企业绩效的影响

社会网络不仅能够带来物质等方面的硬性支持，同时也能够带来情感、心理、认知等方面的软性支持，然而这种软性支持并未引起学者们的足够重视。旨在探讨社会网络与新创企业绩效关系及其作用机制，构建了包括社会网络、创业乐观、新创企业绩效、创业环境和创业经验在内的理论模型，以142名新创企业者为研究样本，使用SPSS、AMOS等统计软件对数据进行统计分析。结果表明,社会网络对新创企业绩效有显著正向影响，社会网络对创业乐观有显著正向影响，创业乐观对新创企业绩效有显著正向影响，创业乐观在社会网络与新创企业绩效关系间起部分中介作用，创业环境在社会网络与创业乐观关系间以及在创业乐观与新创企业绩效关系间起正向调节作用。

The Impact of Social Network on New Venture Performance under the Mediating Effects of Entrepreneurial Optimistic

Social network can not only bring the rigid support ,but also can bring flexible support about emotional ,psycho‐logical and cognitive aspects .How ever ,this flexible support does not cause enough attention of scholars ,so this study is to explore the relationship and mechanism of social network and new venture performance . This study constructed a theoretical model including social network ,entrepreneurial optimism ,new venture performance , entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial experience .we selected the mature scale to the measurement of each vari‐able and 142 start‐up entrepreneurs with their ventures as the research sample .According to the data ,we used SPSS and AMOS to analyze the data .Empirical study results show that social network has a significantly positive influence on new venture performance and entrepreneurial optimism ,entrepreneurial optimism has a significantly positive influence on new venture performance ,entrepreneurial optimism plays an mediating role between social network and new venture perform‐ance ,and entrepreneurial environment plays an moderating role between social network and entrepreneurial optimism ,it also plays an moderating role betw een entrepreneurial optimism and new venture performance .Finally ,on the basis of the conclusions ,this paper raises some new advice and suggestions for the development of new venture from the aspects such as social networks ,entrepreneurial optimism and entrepreneurial environment .
