| 摘 要： | 高校在国家(区域) 创新体系中占有举足轻重的地位,高校科技创新能力比较研究具有积极意义。建立了高校科技创新能力的评价指标体系的同时，用主成分分析法对2000-2004年我国中部六省的高校科技创新能力的发展变化趋势进行了动态比较分析，为中部区域创新体系建设和高校科技创新战略的制定提供了依据。

| Abstract: | As higher schools play an important role in the national(Area)Innovation System,it is meaningful to undertake comparative studies on the science & technology innovation ability in higher schools.While establishing the evaluation index system,the paper analyzes the development trend of china from the year 2000 to 2004 by using principal component analysis method.The results will provide some references for the establishment of innovation system in centre part of china and new strategy of science & technology... |
