| 摘 要： | 以竞争性战略联盟技术合作为研究对象,描述了竞争性战略联盟的特殊性质,分析了在这一联盟形式下对技术合作效应的影响因素,建立了影响因素与技术合作效应间的结构方程模型,最后给出结论。
