| Abstract: | This paper will firstly analyze the constraint on the research method of the western modern rationality and the challenges posed by the post-modern management. And then aiming at the two kinds of dilemma, i.e. the loss of rationality and a different kind of culture system, we propose to use the management-culture method to study the strategy innovation of Chinese corporations. |
