| 摘 要： | 将超效率DEA方法引入到知识管理的绩效评价中,随机抽取山东省不同地区的31个高新技术企业进行研究。研究结果表明,山东省大多数高新企业的绩效水平不高且差距较大,总量绩效和结构绩效评价结果基本一致,效率值大小与经济发达程度有关,据此提出改善企业知识管理绩效的对策建议。
