基于行业异质性的制造业绿色技术创新能力演化研究——兼论企业研发资金投入的影响

基于行业异质性视角，通过计算各行业污染强度PL值，将中国27个制造行业按污染程度划分为轻、中、重度污染行业，运用系统动力学方法揭示制造业整体和3类制造行业绿色技术创新能力的演化规律，并探究企业研发资金投入对其的影响。研究发现，轻度、中度和重度污染制造行业绿色产品创新能力、绿色工艺创新能力和绿色技术创新能力增幅差异较大；企业研发资金投入对轻度污染行业绿色产品创新能力和绿色技术创新能力影响最大；行业污染程度越高，其绿色工艺创新能力受企业研发资金投入的影响越大。

Research on the Evolution of Manufacturing Green Technology Innovation Capability based on Industry Heterogeneity

Based on the perspective of industry heterogeneity, 27 manufacturing industries in China are divided into light, medium and heavy pollution industries according to the pollution degree by calculating the pollution intensity PL value of each industry.This paper uses the system dynamics method to reveal the evolution law of green technology innovation ability of the whole manufacturing industry and three kinds of manufacturing industry, and to explore the impact of enterprises’ R&D investment on them.This article finds that the green product innovation ability, green process innovation ability and green technology innovation ability and growth rate of manufacturing industry with light, medium and heavy pollution are quite different.The R&D investment of enterprises has the greatest impact on the green product innovation ability and green technology innovation ability of light pollution industry.The lower the pollution level, the greater the impact of R&D investment on the green process innovation ability of the industry.
