| 摘 要： | 针对中小企业产业集群只注重"聚集"、不注重"联合",缺乏从战略层到操作层的全方位、深层次的协同管理的现状,对产业集群的协同管理进行了研究。给出了产业协同管理的概念,并研究了产业集群的协同管理机制,包括协同管理的形成机制、协同管理的运行机制和群体决策机制等。通过协同管理,使中小企业产业集群发挥最大的关联效应和协同效应。
