中美科技银行比较研究

从发展演变、外部环境、运营机制等方面对中美科技银行进行了系统比较，为我国科技银行的发展提供了有益的启示。研究结果表明：①发达的高技术产业、创业投资市场和宽松的监管环境为美国科技银行的发展创造了一个有利的外部环境。我国在这些方面的滞后或不足，是制约科技银行发展的主要因素；②美国科技银行在商业模式、风险控制机制等方面已经发展得非常成熟，为美国高技术产业的发展提供了重要支撑。我国科技银行则处于不断探索的阶段，还没找到一条适合自己发展的道路。最后，从营造良好外部环境和优化内部运营机制的角度，提出了发展中国科技银行的相关建议。

A Comparative Study on Bank of Science and Technology in China and U.S——Reflection on How to Develop Bank of Science and Technology in China

In order to supply some enlightenment to the development of bank of science and technology in China,this paper makes a comparative study on bank of science and technology in China and U.S.from perspectives of development history,external environment and operational mechanism.The results show that:(1) Advanced high-tech industries,developed venture capital markets and loosely regulatory conditions creates a favorable environment for bank of science and technology in the U.S.In contrast,China fails to supply such an environment,restricting the development of bank of science and technology in China.(2) American bank of science and technology have been playing a significant role in supporting the growth of the U.S.high-tech industries due to their efficient business model and risk control system;while s bank of science and technology in china are still on the road to finding appropriate business models.Eventually this paper put forward suggestions on how to develop China bank of science and technology from prospectives of building friendly external environment and optimizing internal operational mechanism.
