| Abstract: | This paper discussed the concept of technical knowledge diffusion.In order to study the capacity of new technical knowledge diffusion,the paper proposed a four scenarios model base on patents and validated the model.The research can be used to forecast the capacity of new technical knowledge diffusion. |
