| 摘 要： | 创业失败是普遍的，失败复原在修复创业失败带来的负面影响、重启创业过程中起到关键作用。创业失败复原是创业失败研究领域的新兴课题，受到学者们广泛关注，但目前整体研究仍处于起步阶段。梳理创业失败复原相关研究，从失败复原概念、影响因素、过程与方法等方面进行系统综述，在评述现有文献不足的基础上，指出未来研究方向。

A Review on Entrepreneurial Failure Recovery for Future Research |

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurial failure is common,failure recovery plays a key role in the repair of the negative impact of entrepreneurial failure and restart the entrepreneurial process.Entrepreneurial failure recovery is a new topic in the field of entrepreneurial failure research,which has been paid more and more attention by scholars,but the overall research is still in its infancy.This paper systematically sorts out and reviews the relevant literatures on entrepreneurial failure recovery from the concept,influencing factors,processes and methods of failure recovery.Finally,it points out the directions in future research in view of the shortcomings of current research. |
