技术融合视角下新兴技术识别研究

摘    要:基于技术融合视角,从知识联接创新角度揭示新兴技术形成机制,利用技术知识流分析方法,构建包括专利-领域-部门三维度的新兴技术识别框架。采集德温特创新索引(Derwent Innovations Index,DII)中的光纤通信专利开展实证研究,结果表明:光纤通信产业的新兴技术专利主要分布在日、美、中三国,且多由日、美企业掌握;光纤通信最重要的新兴技术领域来自于光学、电信及二者的融合;光纤通信最重要的新兴技术部门来自于设备、电子工程及二者的融合。最后,对国内光纤通信企业开展技术创新提出对策建议。

Abstract:Under the perspective of technology fusion,this paper reveals the emerging technology formation mechanism from the innovation of knowledge connection and constructs a 3-dimension emerging technology identification framework of patent,domain,and industry by the means of technical knowledge flow analysis.Patent of optical fiber communication are collected from Derwent Innovation Index (DII) to carry out the empirical study.Several conclusions are drawn from the results.Firstly,in optical fiber communication industry,emerging technical patents are mainly distributed in Japan,the US and China,and most of them are obtained by enterprises in Japan and the US.Secondly,in optical fiber communication industry,the main two emerging technical areas are optics,telecommunications and the integration of them.Thirdly,in optical fiber communication industry,the main two emerging technical sector are equipment,electronic engineering and the integration of them.Finally,suggestions for domestic optical fiber communication enterprises on technological innovation strategy are puts forward.
