| 摘 要： | 纵观人类的科技长河,各国的科学发展沧海沉浮,世界科学中心几度迁移。世界科学中心的几次迁移看似偶然,实则潜藏着科学的深层规律,是不同国家科学气质深度较量的结果。今天,在国家间科学中心竞争的背后,存在着更为广泛的科学中心的区域间竞争,区域科学气质的较量将主导这场竞争。在此形势下,区域科学气质的培育方法自然备受关注,而对其的科学史视角建构之思可以从科学基础、科学组织、科学人、科学精神乃至科学战略等方面提供参考。
