| 摘 要： | 国外的工程管理硕士专业学位教育发展较为成熟,通过审视其发展过程及培养方式,发现其培养过程中强调学生的工程技术背景,跨学科培养并注重实践教学,拥有成熟的质量评估认证体系以及差异化的办学定位等。我国工程管理硕士专业学位教育的科学发展应充分借鉴国际经验,突出复合型特征,明确人才培养定位;服务经济增长方式转变,科学设置培养方案;坚持企业的积极参与;实现工程管理硕士专业学位教育的国际化。
