摘    要:工程文化教育是一种全新的工程教育模式,它将工程教育与科学文化教育、人文文化教育有机融合,是一种学科交叉闯透整合性的教育,知识、能力、素质三维目标统一性的教育,文化、个性、公民、专业等兼容性的教育,知识、社会、个体三者协调性的教育,智力与非智力的因素发展协同性的教育。它培养出的人是一种新“工程人”,即“工程文化人才”。

Abstract:Engineering cultural education is an entirely new engineering education mode. It organially integrates engineering education, scientific cultural education and humane cultural education and is a kind of integrated education of disci; oine overlapping and infiltration and integrating the three-dimensional targets of knowledge, ability and quality as well as a kind of education with the compatibility of personality, citizen and specialty, the coordination of knowledge, society and individual and the joint development of intelligent and non-intelligent factors as well. The person educated by it is a new Engineering Personnel, that's Engineering Cultural Talent.
