| 摘 要： | 温州地区建立的高校与民营中小型企业科技成果对接平台,对高校与民营中小型企业间的科技成果对接作了成功的探索。民营中小型企业开展技术创新,明智的选择是借助高校的科技能力。温州地区"对接平台"建设的经验告诉我们:完善的沟通机制,应该包括协调机制、监督机制、传达机制、宣传机制、保障机制5个方面,它贯穿于高校与民营中小型企业之间科技成果对接的全过程中。
