| 摘 要： | 金融促进企业技术创新市场化运作是破解我国企业技术创新瓶颈的重要手段之一。从金融支持企业创新市场化运行状况、技术创新市场化运行工具的特点及创新过程中对金融的有效选择等方面,研究了中国企业技术创新与金融发展之间关系,特别是银行信贷与企业创新之间的密切关系,从行政命令型金融政策和市场化运行金融作用边界两个方面,证明了促进企业技术创新必须采取政府和金融相结合的混合信贷体制。最后提出了建设市场化运行机制的着力点:建立开发性金融机构,完善信贷机制,增加企业创新信贷资金;以政府为主导,建设金融混合信贷机制;发展混合型资本工具,丰富技术创新资金。
