| 摘 要： | 当前我国军民结合公共服务体系尚不完善,尤其体现在军民两用技术转化渠道不畅通、信息难共享等方面,已成为我国进一步推进军民结合工作的主要障碍之一。因此,有必要研究如何构建军民结合公共服务体系。就构建军民结合公共服务体系的必要性及意义,军民结合公共服务体系的内涵、内容构成、建设目标、建设主体等问题展开了初步探讨,提出了构建我国军民结合公共服务体系的总体建设思路。
