领导风格对知识型员工创新行为的影响研究

摘    要:创新能力是衡量企业竞争力的根本标准,而知识型员工是企业创新的主体,因此,提升知识型员工的创新能力对企业发展至关重要。在界定交易型领导风格、变革型领导风格的基础上,探讨了这两种领导风格对知识型员工创新行为的影响,从而提出企业应根据实际情况选择相适应的领导风格,并采取有效的措施来促进知识型员工的创新行为。
