| 摘 要： | 为了研究产业发展过程中人才集聚的决定因素,采用系统动力学方法分析了产业经济环境、教育环境、社会文化环境在人才集聚中的作用,构建了人才集聚的系统动力学模型并进行了仿真,确定了产业发展不同阶段人才集聚决定因素的重要程度,为产业发展过程中人才的合理集聚提供了理论指导。

| Abstract: | In order to study the talents converging deciding factors of industry development process,the paper analyzes the industrial economic environment,education environment,social culture environment role in talents converging with the method of system dynamics,constructs the system dynamics model of talents converging and simulates it,determines the important degree of talents converging deciding factors in the industry development different stages,provides theoretical guidance for the reasonable talents converging of industry development process. |
