| 摘 要： | 结合西部资源型城市产业发展实际,立足产业国际发展态势和产品需求的变化趋势,从城市经济可持续发展角度入手,在对西部资源型城市产业结构战略调整背景分析基础上,指出新时期产业调整的目标导向是立足特色资源和特殊条件,推动特色产业的现代化,并针对性地给出融合现代资源认识、依托抓带跨越战略、形成有效的产业链接机制、建立"公司+园区+矿山"的组织形式以及强化制度改革等建议。
