| 摘 要： | 知识管理是企业创新项目R&D活动的重要部分,知识管理绩效决定着企业创新项目R&D活动的成败。阐述了企业创新项目R&D活动中的知识构成及知识管理绩效的评价原则,给出了知识管理绩效的评价指标体系,并运用DEA方法对组织创新项目R&D活动的知识管理绩效进行了实证评价。
