我国产业集群全球价值链“低端锁定”战略风险及转型升级路径研究

产业集群发展为我国成为世界制造第一大国作出了巨大贡献。然而,我国产业集群在全球价值链分工体系中扮演着"打工者"角色,被长期锁定于全球价值链低端环节,这种低端锁定无论从宏观层面还是微观层面都给我国产业集群带来了巨大的战略风险,如何规避这些风险是理论界和实践人士必须研究并解决的重大课题。首先,阐述了我国产业集群全球价值链低端锁定的客观事实;其次,研究了全球价值低端锁定导致的战略风险;最后,提出了规避战略风险,实现战略转型升级的路径。

The Strategic Risk of Low-end Locking of Global Value Chain of China's Industrial Clusters and Its Transformation and Upgrading Path

China has quickly become the world's largest country in manufacturing with the rapid development of industrial clusters which has made a great contribution .However ,China's industrial clusters which has long been low‐end locked is only the role of migrant workers in the global value chain`s division system .The low‐end locking has caused the strategic risk of China's industrial clusters from w hether the macro level or the micro level ,so how to avoid the risks has become an important topic of the theory and practice fields .At first ,this paper describes the objective fact of low‐end locking of glob‐al value chain of China's industrial clusters .Secondly ,it analyzes the strategic risks of low‐end locking of global value chain .Finally ,it studies the paths of avoiding the strategic risks and realizing the transformation and upgrading .
